Availability

The property is available for a minimum of 2 nights booking with the exception of July and August when the minimum stay is between 5 and 7 nights. 

There is a cleaning and laundry fee of £160 for each booking.

Payment Terms

25% deposit at time of booking.

Balance of payment 30 days before check in.

For bookings placed less than 30 days before check in, full payment at time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy

It is recommended that guests take out travel insurance to cover for the possibility of last minute cancellation.

100% refund for cancellations 30 days or more before check in.

0% refund for cancellations after 30 days before check in. If a booking is received for the same dates following cancellation a 100% refund will be issued.
