It has plenty of crockery, glasses, pots and pans to cater for 12 guests.
There is a Nespresso coffee maker, hot air fryer, food mixer and popcorn maker.
Our classic American fridge is old but beautiful! It provides plenty of fridge and freezer storage.
Kitchen Seating
The new super cosy bench seating is ideal for relaxing and enjoying a chat and a meal. There is a smart speaker with Google assistant to provide music and entertainment and conveniently located power sockets with USB to charge your phone or laptop.
If you're working from home this is a lovely place to catch up on your emails with a view of the garden when you need a break!

Enjoy the 55" smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney + and YouTube Premium. Alternatively sit back, relax and play with the flame effect fire, select a background colour to light up the room to suit your mood.

Can't agree on what to watch in the lounge? Then enjoy the snug, ideal for the kids with HDMI and USB ports in the wall to connect your favourite gaming station to the 50" smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix , Disney + and YouTube Premium.
Dining Room
The dining room provides a comfortable space to enjoy a relaxed dinner with family and friends.
It also serves as a quiet space for home working with a lovely view of Portballintrae when your mind wanders from work!
Master Suite
Enjoy the splendour of the master bedroom, the superking sized bed is fitted with a deep luxury memory foam topped mattress to give you that extra special night's sleep. A full wall of sliderobe wardrobes gives you plenty of storage space.
The Master Suite is located in the extension with two doors between the room and the rest of the house, providing you an extra level of privacy, peace and quiet.

The Master Bedroom ensuite provides that touch of luxury for your holiday retreat, with double basins and a large wet room shower. The marble effect tiles and modern contemporary lighting will ensure you want to spend time here pampering and reviving yourself.
Junior Suite
The Junior Suite is a lovely bright and warm south facing room that entices you to relax. The deep 16" luxury mattresses can be configured as a superking size double or as 2 singles upon request.

The Junior Suite Ensuite is beautifully appointed, the large shower bath will accommodate all tastes, those that prefer to shower, those that like to relax and enjoy a bath or the kids who love bath time.
Modern contemporary lighting along with a large back lit mirror are accompanied by under unit mood lighting that will gently light your way to the bathroom at night.
Deluxe Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a deep luxury gel top mattress with larger soft and medium support pillows for a super comfortable and refreshing night's sleep.
The built in wardrobes have plenty of storage space.
The bedside lights provide USB chargers and spotlights, The convenient phone holder and side table ensure you have storage space for everything you need at night.
The dressing table has a hairdryer and storage.

The Bunk Room provides 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds, all fitted with deep luxury mattresses.

There are multiple power points and USB chargers for everyone to charge their phones and other equipment.
